Requirements for the content and design of articles
1. The total volume of the article (including title, abstract, keywords, text, references).
1.1. The minimum length is 20,000 characters including spaces. The maximum length is not more than 40,000 characters with spaces.

2. Title of the article
2.1. UDC: Universal decimal classifier
2.2. Name of specialty HAC
2.3. The title of the article in Russian in capital letters with alignment in the center of the article.
3. Co-authorship
3.1. Up to 5 co-authors are allowed.
4. Information about the author(s)
4.1. Surname I.O. author.
4.3. Organization name (no abbreviations).
4.4. City, country.
4.5. AuthorID (for unique identification of the author in the RSCI).
4.6. Author’s email.
5. Abstract and keywords
5.1. Abstract should contain 150-250 words.
5.2. The abstract is a brief summary of the article and contains the same elements as the article (see clause 6.3) without highlighting them.
5.3. There should be an indication that this is an Abstract in bold type.
5.4. The Abstract does not allow quoting and references to other works. Abbreviations must be spelled out.
5.6. Immediately after the Abstract, 3-10 keywords should be presented, which can consist of separate words and phrases separated by a comma
5.7. There should be an indication that these are Keywords in bold type.
5.8. Keywords should not be bold, italic, underlined.
6. Requirements for the content of the article and its design
6.1. The text of the article is presented in … .docx format.
6.2. Design: page size А4 (21.0×29.7 cm), page orientation – portrait, font TNR, size 14, regular letter spacing, line spacing 1; margins 2 cm. on all sides, paragraph 1.25 cm.
6.3. The text of any article MUST be divided into structural elements:
Introduction (description of the subject area, relevance)
A brief review of the literature (who dealt with this issue, what results were obtained, why they do not satisfy us).
Purpose (purpose of writing the article)
Methods (what methods were used to obtain the results).
Results and their discussion (obtained results, their interpretation, novelty, reliability).
Conclusions and conclusion (the degree of achievement of the goal (solving problems, confirming the hypothesis), who and where can apply the results obtained, prospects for further research).
Acknowledgments (this section is needed if you need to thank colleagues who are not the authors of the article, but with their assistance the study was conducted, etc.).

7. Requirements for tables, figures and formulas
7.1. The text may contain tables, the captions to which should be given justified above the table.
7.2. All drawings, tables must fit into the book format of a B5 sheet (18.2×25.7 cm, all margins 2 cm).
7.3. In the text it is necessary to give a link to the figure, indicating the number of the figure.
Do not use abbreviations for the names of tables, figures, and equations (i.e. Tab. 1, Fig. 2, Equation 3) in the caption or in the text. Do not write “in the table above/below” or “in the figure on page 2” because the position and page number of the table or figure may change during layout.
7.4. Graphic drawings must be saved in one of the graphic formats: jpg, png, tiff, which allow scaling the image without losing quality. It is not allowed to use drawings made with the help of graphic elements of MS Word.
7.5. Graphics must be of good quality. If there are inscriptions, then the text should be displayed clearly.
7.6. All components of the formulas must be formatted in the “Microsoft equation” (Word program).
7.7. The number of figures, tables, formulas is not limited, the resolution is not less than 300 dpi.
8. Making a bibliographic list
8.1. All authors mentioned in the article (scientists, researchers …) must have references to their work, in the context of the problem being solved in the article. The connection of the bibliographic list with the text can be carried out by the numbers of entries in the list. Such numbers in the text of the work are enclosed in square [ ] brackets, the pages where the quotation is located are indicated separated by commas. The numbers in them indicate under which number one should look for the required document in the bibliographic list. For example: [34, p. 78].
8.2. The bibliographic list is drawn up in accordance with the current Russian requirements (as a rule, this is GOST R 7.0.100–2018. Bibliographic record. Bibliographic description: general requirements and rules for compiling).
8.3. It is recommended to include at least 15 sources in the bibliographic list. Self-quoting no more than 1-2 sources. It is RECOMMENDED to cite at least a third of the sources of foreign authors. At least 30% of the sources are works published in the last 5-10 years. Review, theoretical articles should contain at least 30 sources.
8.4. All sources from the bibliographic list should be referenced in the text.
